At Smith Optics, we stand behind our gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new equipment isn't the perfect fit for your next adventure, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all tags and protective cases, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
